Ordered gift card on Dec 17 for christmas and it never came in the mail. Emailed customer service several times and didn't hear back, so I called.
The first time I called, the rep said they'd send over an e-voucher immediately after hanging up. The voucher never came. Emailed several more times, but again did not hear back (yes, the correct email). Called again, this time they emailed me a voucher.
Then i sent it to gift recipient and the code DIDN'T WORK... Emailed customer service, but I haven't heard back. Lost $45!
Embarrassed and also shocked ! They spend so much on advertising this *** and I get spammed by their promotion emails but are they even functioning?!?!
